Originally from the Outer Banks, Jo has called Richmond home for over 10 years. She has a degree in Music from Johnson University, specializing in piano. After many years assisting management in the service industry, she is excited to bring her care for customers to Lotus Professional College. In her free time, you can find her reading a good novel, crafting in various ways, and spending time with her two kids.
